WELLNESS ENTREPRENEUR

I am passionate about wellness and am always looking for opportunities to learn and share knowledge that centers around well-being .

Recently I launched a business that is focused on well-being and our cyclical nature. The brand is called Analog Nature, and it is a brand exploring connections that inspire growth rooted in nature. I offer small batch botanical goods, Art, and a digital publication platform. The botanical goods are rooted around natural remedies to support various cycles of life. The art is works of art that I produce in small batches and or collaborate with other artists for oil labels, or other art centric botanical goods rooted around wellness. And lastly, the digital publication platform is a series of on-going interviews rooted around nature, art, wellness, and cycles.

The inspiration and drive for launching this brand came via my own healing. And it started with trying to find a natural solution to my period pain and anxiety. Since the start of my period I constantly struggled with terrible cramps, mood swings, anxiety and depression around my cycle. Three years ago, I hit a tipping point with anxiety and overwhelm. After having gone to the gynecologist and receiving the same limiting solutions that didn’t feel aligned with me. I had a deep desire to address the root cause and get to know my body more intimately. This is where my drive and curiosity to discover natural ways of healing and working with my cycle came from. I came to both yoga and herbalism from this place, and am forever grateful for the wisdom and knowledge I have learned and continue to learn. I rarely have cramps now, and when I do, the natural menstrual cycle oil paired with a mindful, loving meditation takes the pain away. In healing my relationship with my cycle it expanded my center of creativity, and has put me in closer contact with that feeling of joy that comes from creating and collaborating.

Via nature, connection, community and art I have always found growth, purpose, well-being and in turn pure joy. My hope in creating Analog Nature is that I can help aid in cultivating that innate joy that lives in all of us. May we all keep learning, creating, sharing and being ourselves just as nature intended.
