Seven Layer Chia Seed Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 spoon full of peanut butter

  • 2-3 tablespoon of chia seed pudding

  • 1-2 table spoon overnight oats

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

  • 1 spoon full granola

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1/4 cup rasberries

INSTRUCTIONS

mix  your Chia Seed Pudding
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to 1/4 tablespoons of milk ( I used 1/2 macadamia milk + 1/2 vanilla almond milk). And I used 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Mix together in a storage container of your choice + leave in the fridge overnight.

  • 1 cup oats to 1 cup milk ( I used 1/2 macadamia milk + 1/2 vanilla almond milk). Mix together in a storage container of your choice + leave in the fridge overnight.

Stack your jar
  • Layer your ingredients in a jar
